Right of Withdrawal
This policy fully complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
1. Withdrawal Period
As a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods;
in the case of an order with multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you take physical possession of the last delivered item.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
2.1 One-Click Withdrawal (Recommended)

- Find the eligible order and click the"Cancel"or"Refund"button;
- Select the reason for withdrawal and submit your request to complete the application quickly.
Once your request is submitted, our system will automatically send a confirmation email to your inbox.
2.2 Other Channels
You may also submit a clear withdrawal declaration via other channels, including the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Use of the form is optional and not mandatory.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
We will process your withdrawal without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We will send you a confirmation via email.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided valid proof of return, whichever is earlier.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs and Diminution in Value
- For unopened items returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, you shall bear the standard return shipping costs.
- For opened or used items returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods from the refund, based on the extent of wear, damage or use beyond reasonable inspection.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
4.1 Customized Goods: Goods made to your specific specifications, modified, or clearly personalized according to your individual requirements (e.g., custom embroidery, specific custom configurations, or logo printing).
4.2 Assembled or Damaged Products (Diminished Value): Products that have been assembled or installed, showing irreversible signs of use such as screw marks, scratches on frames/gas lifts, or worn/damaged upholstery that prevent the item from being restored to a brand-new, resellable condition.
4.3 Missing Accessories or Original Packaging: Returned items that are missing essential components, hardware, user manuals, or gifts, or items returned without adequate original protective packaging resulting in transit damage.
Important Note:
For non-customized goods, you may unpack and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Returned items must remain in brand-new, un-assembled condition with all original accessories and packaging. If the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product (up to 100% if it cannot be resold) in accordance with applicable laws.
